These prices are for 1 show (1 weekend):
Sign up for 2 or 3 weekends at the same time and get 10% off. 4 or 5 weekends at the same time, get 20% off.
$35 for 1 day with 1 table inside, or a 10'x10' spot outside

For the Christmas craft show, Dec 5/6, we will also be using the downstairs hall, "Canadian Room", at half the rate. If you want it, just choose it below.

Indoor vendors are provided with tables and chairs based on availability. This hall has 28 8' tables and 5 6' tables, with lots of chairs. If you want to bring your own tables, or use the space for display rack, etc, include a note below.
Outdoor vendors bring their own tables, chairs, and whatever else they need.
There is only space for 7 outdoor vendors.
Indoor vendors going both days can leave their table set up overnight if they wish.

Once your application has been accepted, a payment is due within 7 days, or you may lose your spot. Spot is reserved once a deposit of 50% is made. The balance can be paid up front, or later, but must be paid 1 month prior to each show.

Canadian Room details:
The craft shows have always been on the main floor, but Christmas is always full long before show date, and there's always more people shopping, so for 2026, we're going to use the downstairs hall as well. It's smaller, has smaller round tables, and is downstairs, but there is an elevator, it's only half the price, and there will be signs telling shoppers to see more vendors downstairs.

Terms and Conditions

I try to limit competition, and select a variety of vendors. If 2 people sell similar types of products, they will be spaced apart. Setup will be from 7:45am to 9:45am. Show is 10:00-3:00. Teardown is at 3pm, not earlier. If you sell out, please wait around and check out the other vendors. If an emergency forces you to have to leave early, please do so as discretely as possible. Do not leave garbage behind when you go. Most locations have garbage cans. The vendor is responsible for any damage they cause. You also agree to release and forever discharge Mike’s Custom Creations and owner Mike Secord from any responsibility, claim, loss, or damage, while at this show.

Insurance:
Insurance is not required at most of my shows. If it is required, that will be stated above. I get host coverage to be on the safe side, but that does not cover vendors. Insurance is highly recommended for outside vendors because I’ve seen wind make things fly. For this reason, I do allow outside vendors to pack up early if conditions are bad.

Signing up and specials:
   - When signing up, a payment (full payment or a deposit) must be made within 7 days, or the spot may be given to a different vendor.
   - When paying a deposit on sign up, the balance must be paid 1 month before the show, or the spot may be given to a different vendor.
   - Past vendors can make alternate arrangements, like paying at the show, as long as there have been no problems in the past.
   - Sometimes I offer discounts when a show is approaching and there are still open spots, or a spot opens due to a cancellation. When I do that, I can't give current vendors the same discount. If you prefer discounts, wait until later to sign up and hope there are still spots.
   - On the morning of the show, there are sometimes empty tables. I may offer them to vendors next to them, and usually for no extra charge. It looks better, and is better for everyone, to not have empty tables.

Cancellations:
   - Cancellations at least 30 days prior to a show will be refunded at 50%. That means if you only paid the 50% deposit, you won't get anything back, but the balance due will be cancelled.
   - Cancellations 10-29 days prior to a show will be refunded as a 50% credit towards future shows. If you only paid the 50% deposit, you will still owe the balance, but that 50% will be applied as credit towards future shows.
   - Cancellations less than 10 days prior to a show will not be refunded. If there is still a balance due, it will still be due before being accepted at future shows.
   - Cancellations due to emergencies, or something beyond your control, will be dealt with on a case by case basis.

No shows:
   - A no show without notifying me before the show starts gets a red mark. If you aren't coming, even let me know the morning of the show so I can adjust for the change. It keeps you from getting a red mark.

Arriving late or leaving early:
   - Set up must be complete 15 minutes before a show starts, unless there's already an alternate arrangement, or there were extenuating circumstances. If you are going to be late, please let me know you are still coming. Since empty tables don't look good, empty tables 30 minutes prior to a show will be removed or given to another vendor.
   - Packing up before a show is over is only allowed if previously planned, or an emergency comes up, or I give permission, like if there is no activity. Even if it's not busy, we never know if someone will arrive 10 minutes before the end, and we don't know how far they drove, or even walked, to come. Packing up early without permission, or a good reason, gives a red mark.

Red marks:
   - 1 red mark will be emailed about future shows after others, if spots are still available.
   - 2 red marks won't be emailed about future shows. You will have to find them yourself.
   - 3 red marks and you won't be allowed to come to my shows for a year.
   - Attendance to a show without a problem removes a red mark.


By signing here, you are applying for a spot at this show and accept the full terms and conditions. You will be contacted within 24 hours and told if your application was accepted. If accepted, your spot will be reserved for 5 days. If payment is not received by then, your spot may be given to another vendor.
